摘  要:基于我国30个省级行政区2003—2017年的面板数据,利用中介效应分析方法,研究居民消费升级在互联网技术进步影响环境污染过程中的中介作用。研究结果表明:从全国范围来看,在互联网技术进步增加生活污染排放的过程中,享受型消费支出比重和发展型消费支出比重不支持互联网技术增加生活污染排放的结论;在互联网技术进步降低生产污染过程中,享受型消费比重及生存型消费比重支持互联网技术降低生产污染排放的结论,而发展型消费支出比重不支持互联网技术降低生产污染排放的结论。同时,进行地区异质性分析,对于我国生态环境的改善具有重要现实意义。Based on the panel data of the 30 provincial administrative regions from 2003 to 2017 in China,the mediating effect analysis method is used to study the mediating role of resident consumption upgrading in the process of Internet technology progress affecting environmental pollution.The results show that:from a nationwide perspective,in the process of Internet technology progress increasing domestic pollution emissions,the proportion of enjoyment consumption expenditure and development consumption expenditure do not support the conclusion of Internet technology increasing domestic pollution emissions;in the process of Internet technology progress reducing production pollution,the proportion of enjoyment consumption and survival consumption support the conclusion of Internet technology reducing domestic pollution emissions.The proportion of development oriented consumption expenditure does not support the conclusion of Internet technology reducing production pollution emissions.The analysis of regional heterogeneity is carried out,which has important practical significance for the improvement of the ecological environment of China.
