摘 要:随着国家推进钢铁行业超低排放产业政策的实施,对高炉出铁场通风除尘设计的要求越来越高。在生产过程中,高炉出铁场会产生大量的烟尘,从设计方案上必须保证有效的收集和处理,并达到行业超低排放要求。本文总结分析了近期国内部分高炉出铁场的设计经验,结合出铁场各类烟尘的特性,认为采用炉前封闭设计是一种达到环保超低排放要求的有效措施,对今后新建及改造高炉出铁场通风除尘设计有指导作用。With the implementation of the country's ultra-low emission industry policy for the steel industry,to the design requirements of ventilation and dust removal in blast furnace cast house are higher and higher.During the production process,the blast furnace cast house generates a large amount of soot and dust,hence the design,must ensure effective collection and treatment,and meet the industry ultra-low emission requirements.This paper summarized and analyzed the recent design experience of some domestic blast furnace cast houses,combined with the characteristics of all kinds of soot and dust in the cast houses,concludes that the use of blast furnace cast houses closure design is an effective measure to meet ultra-low emission requirements,which will play a guiding role in the design of new construction and renovation blast furnace cast house in the future.
