论金融在助力深圳成为“世界最成功特区”中的分量

摘　　要：一直以来国内外都未曾停止对于深圳如何成为“世界最成功特区”这一问题的探索,迄今虽然对这一问题的讨论仍是众说纷纭,但探索的大致方向渐趋统一,主要围绕开放度、包容度、市场化程度、人口、人才、法治、产权保护、科技、地理、香港等变量展开研究,甚至有人将这几大变量因子用模型公式加以表述。本文认为,现有的研究成果只揭示了深圳成功秘密的一个侧面,而没有揭示深圳成功秘密的全部;深圳成功的功劳有50%应该归功于金融发展,尤其是要归功于深交所的建立。沿着“金融,特别是深交所是深圳奇迹的头号功臣”这一线索,本文认为,未来深圳只要做好提升金融聚集力、竞争力和辐射力三点,就有望续写过去的辉煌。Scholars at home and abroad have never stopped the exploration for the secret that why Shenzhen becomes“the world s most successful special economic zone”.The opinions are diverse so far,but the general directions are gradually unified,that is,mainly centering on“openness,tolerance,degree of marketization,population,talent,rule of law,protection of property right,science and technology,geography,Hong Kong”,and even some people express these variable factors with model and formula.The author holds the opinion that the existing research results only reveal one aspect of Shenzhen s success secrets but not the complete picture;Shenzhen s success is 50%attributed to finance,especially the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.Following the clue of“finance,especially the Shenzhen Stock Exchange,is the number one contributor to the miracle of Shenzhen”,the author believes that as long as Shenzhen does well in three major aspects of improving the financial aggregation,competitiveness and radiation,it s expected to continue the glory of the past.
