摘  要:针对城市部分河道存在生活污水直排,雨污错接、混接,合流制溢流污染等情况,致使水体常年发黑发臭。对此,提出并设计了一种黑臭水体污染特征分析及综合治理方案。通过单因子水质标识指数法,综合水质评价法明确水质黑臭判断依据。针对黑臭水体提出了以下治理方案河道截污、雨污分流、改造污水处理厂工艺、面源污染治理和清淤疏浚等,将其运用到治理案例中。结果表明,所提方案能够有效降低水体污染、消除黑臭污染特征,可作为提高城市生态环境的关键措施。Direct discharge of domestic sewage,mixed discharge of rain and sewage,and combined overflow polluted water in some urban rivers cause water bodies to turn black and smelly all the year round.In view of this,a pollution characteristic analysis and comprehensive treatment scheme was proposed and designed.Single factor water quality identification index method and comprehensive water quality evaluation method were used to determine the black and odorous water quality.In view of the black and odorous water bodies,the following treatment schemes are proposed:river interdiction,rain and sewage diversion,technological transformation of sewage treatment plants,non-point source pollution treatment and dredging,etc.,which are applied to the treatment cases.The results show that the proposed scheme can effectively reduce water pollution and eliminate the characteristics of black and odor pollution,and can be used as a key measure to improve the urban ecological environment.
