沂河流域水环境变化的影响因素及水污染治理对策研究

摘　　要：研究采取了2009年-2018年沂河的水质数据,运用皮尔森相关系数分析法对沂河水污染的主要影响因素进行了探讨。研究发现工业污水是沂河中COD的主要影响因素,农村生活污水是沂河中NH3-N和TP的主要影响因素,而城镇生活污水则是沂河中TN的主要影响因素。此外,沂河水污染治理过程中存在着居民环保意识薄弱、政府对环境友好型行为的激励不足和对沂河流域主体污染行为监管不严等问题,导致了污水的大量排放。研究认为提高居民环保意识、加强政府对农户环境友好型行为的引导和严格地区主体的生产监管是提高沂河流域水污染治理有效性的重要途径。Based on the water quality data of Yi River from 2009 to 2018,the main influencing factors of water pollution in Yi River were discussed.It is found that industrial sewage is the main influencing factor of COD,rural domestic sewage is the main influencing factor of NH3-N and TP,and urban domestic sewage is the main influencing factor of TN in Yi River.In addition,there are some problems in the process of water pollution treatment in Yi River,such as weak awareness of environmental protection among residents,insufficient incentive of government to environment-friendly behaviors and lax supervision of main body pollution behaviors in Yihe River Basin,which lead to a large amount of sewage discharge.It is considered that the important ways to improve the effectiveness of water pollution control in Yi River Basin are to improve the residents'awareness of environmental protection,strengthen the government's guidance to the farmers'environment-friendly behavior and strictly supervise the production of the main body of the region.
