新时代地方音乐院校学报发展的困境与消解——以《乐府新声》2016-2020年载文为例

摘　　要：地方音乐院校学报是艺术学科研创新的重要引领载体,是艺术学研究成果重要的交流园地和集中传播平台,是推动艺术科研成果转化的重要渠道,是整合艺术学学术资源的重要力量。本文通过对沈阳音乐学院学报《乐府新声》2016-2020年刊载的论文进行梳理与分析,归纳地方音乐院校学报在发展过程中面临的现实困境,并针对学报发展要素提出消解对策和建议,以期对地方音乐院校学报办刊有所助益。Journals of local conservatories of music are important leading carriers of art science research and innovation,important exchange gardens and centralized communication platforms of art science research results,important channels to promote the transformation of art research results,and important forces to integrate art science academic resources.Through sorting out and analyzing the papers published in Yuefuxinsheng,Journal of Shenyang Conservatory of Music from 2016 to 2020,this paper summarizes the practical difficulties faced by journals of local conservatories in the process of development,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development factors of journals,in the hope of contributing to the running of journals of local conservatories.
