摘  要:某煤矿综采工作面初采阶段面临大倾角仰采、坚硬顶板、支架架型失稳、架前顶板整体切落等开采难题,是宁东矿区复杂难采煤层的典型代表。针对大倾角工作面架前顶板整体切落(最大冒落高度10 m、宽度15 m)、工作面推进困难的链式灾变过程进行了详细描述,提出了4套控灾方案并进行论证,综合对比施工工期、费用、安全等因素,基于“切断致灾链-控制灾变区-通过灾变区域”的控灾思路,采用“两端头加固、注浆充填冒腔、人工清理机道堆渣、恢复刮板机运行、小循环剥帮、回采通过冒顶区域”的实施方案并取得了良好的效果,确保了工作面顺利推进,该技术对大倾角复杂难采煤层工作面具有借鉴意义。At the initial mining stage,the fully mechanized mining face of Coal Mine is faced with many mining problems,such as large dip angle upward mining,hard roof,support frame instability and overall roof cutting of the front roof.It is a typical representative of complex and difficult-to-mine coal seam in Ningdong Mining Area.A detailed description of the chain catastrophe process of the front roof of the high-inclination working face frame(maximum falling height 10m,width 15m)and difficulty in advancement of the working face are described,and 4 sets of disaster control plans are proposed and demonstrated.Based on the disaster control idea of“cutting off the disaster chain-controlling the disaster area-passing the disaster area”,comprehensive comparison of construction period,cost,safety and other factors are compared.The implementation scheme of"two-end head reinforcement,grouting and filling caving,manual cleaning machine road slagging,recovery of scraper operation,small cycle stripping through the roof caving area"is adopted,which ensures the smooth progress of the working face.This technology has reference significance for the large dip angle complex difficult-to-mine coal seam face.
