摘  要:针对姚桥煤矿7013工作面撤架期间,工作面支架顶部易出现各类高冒点、裂隙、采空区遗煤等隐患点,若处理不到位易引发煤炭自燃。理论分析了撤架期间煤自燃影响因素为顶板松散煤体、采空区遗煤、采空区漏风和撤架速度慢等因素,提出了综合防灭火技术,包括上下隅角封堵技术、支架顶部压注防灭火材料技术、工作面稳定通风系统技术、快速撤架方案、定期向采空区注浆或注惰气。通过在姚桥煤矿7013工作面撤架期间应用普瑞特Ⅱ型防灭火材料,对工作面上下隅角、沿空侧及高冒点区域采取充填技术,工作面气体浓度降到了正常水平,保障了安全撤架工作以及采空区封闭后采空区防灭火安全。In view of Yaoqiao coal mine 7013 working face during the withdrawal period,the top of the working face support is prone to various kinds of high emergence points,cracks,goaf left coal and other hidden dangers.If not properly handled,it is easy to cause coal spontaneous combustion.The influencing factors of coal spontaneous combustion during the withdrawal of support are analyzed theoretically,such as loose roof coal,leftover coal in the goaf,air leakage in the goaf,and slow withdrawal speed,etc.The comprehensive fire-fighting technologies,including the top and bottom corner seal technology,the top note fire prevention materials technology,stable working face ventilation systems,rapid withdrawal schemes and regularly goaf grouting or inert gas injection.Through the application of PreetⅡfire prevention and extinguishing material in Yaoqiao coal mine 7013 working face during the withdrawal period,the filling technology is adopted in the upper and lower corners of the working face,the side along the goaf and the high riser area,the gas concentration in the working face is reduced to the normal level,which ensures the safety of the removal of the working face and the safty of fire prevention and extinguishing in the goaf after the closure of the goaf.
