摘　　要：为实现对轴径的准确测量,本文研究了一种基于线性可变差动式变压器(LVDT)的轴径测量系统。该系统由LVDT传感器、激励信号发生电路、信号调理电路,单片机最小系统、高精度AD采集电路、存储与显示模块等组成。可根据测量结果由单片机控制步进电机实时的驱动送料及分选机构,实现对不同尺寸的轴径在线测量与分选。实验结果表明,该系统可测量1~10 cm范围内的轴径,测量误差在2%之内,具有快速、稳定的特点。In order to realize the accurate measurement of the shaft diameter,a shaft diameter measurement system based on the linear variable differential transformer(LVDT)is studied.The system is composed of LVDT sensor,excitation signal generating circuit,signal conditioning circuit,single-chip minimum system,high-precision AD acquisition circuit,storage and display module,etc.According to the measurement results,the automatic sorting of different diameter sizes can be realized by feeding mechanism and sorting mechanism.Experimental results show that the system can measure shaft diameters in the range of 1-10cm with a measurement error within 2%,and it is fast and stable.
