摘  要:以新建铁路成都至兰州线(黄胜关)成川段红桥关隧道D2K253+935~D2K254+040段浅埋穿越卵石土层施工为背景,从隧道洞身所处的地质特性、浅埋偏压、周边环境等方面进行主要施工风险因素分析。在双侧壁导坑法开挖工法+拱部超前管棚支护的基本施工方案基础上,运用Midas-GTS有限元软件进行建模计算分析,隧道支护结构拱部沉降位移和靠山侧局部区域变形位移均较大;在基本施工方案基础上增设地表钢管桩,并在偏压严重地段增设抗滑桩等措施,以改善隧道赋存环境,保障隧道施工和支护结构的安全,降低隧道施工对周边基础设施正常使用的影响。Based on the shallow buried construction of Hongqiaoguan tunnel D2K253+935~D2K254+040 in Chengchuan section of Chengdu-Lanzhou railway line(Huangshengguan)through the pebble soil,tthe main construction risk factors were analyzed from the geological characteristics of the tunnel body,the shallow buried bias pressure and the surrounding environment.Based on the basic construction scheme of double-wall excavation method and arch advanced pipe shack support,the finite element software MIDAS-GTS was used for modeling calculation and analysis,and the arch settlement displacement and local regional deformation displacement of the supporting structure were both large.In order to improve the environment of tunnel,to ensure the safety of tunnel construction and support structure,and to reduce the influence of tunnel construction on the normal use of surrounding infrastructure,the surface steel pipe pile was added on the basis of the basic construction scheme.The anti-slide pile was added in the area with severe bias pressure.
