摘 要:由薄硅钢片叠压而成的铁心结构被广泛应用于轨道牵引电机,其具有横观各向同性特征。通过模态实验与参数识别,获取了铁心模态测试数据与有限元模型的相关性,确定了铁心属性相关参数,基于该材料参数建立的有限元模型分析结果与实验吻合度较高。同时进一步分析了铁心轴向长度、叠压力值对参数的影响,轴向长度参数对铁心有"钢化"效应,在工艺参数范畴内,叠压力对铁心有"软化"效应,对牵引电机铁心结构设计与应用有一定指导意义。The core structure composed of thin silicon steel sheet is widely used in track traction motor,which has the characteristics of orthotropic elasticity.In this paper,through modal experiment and parameter identification,the correlation between the core modal test data and the finite element model was obtained,and the related parameters of the core were determined.The analysis results of the finite element model based on the material parameters are in good agreement with the experimental results.It also analyzes the influence of core axial length and stack pressure on the parameters.The axial length parameter has a strengthening effect on the core.In the range of process parameters,the stack pressure has softening effect on the core.It has a guiding significance for the design and application of traction motor core structure.
