摘 要:针对地处高海拔偏僻山区,生态环境脆弱、配套设施覆盖不足的西藏地区铁路中小站区能源需求问题,提出一种基于G1法和改进数据包络分析(DEA)模型的清洁能源供给方式评价方法。综合考虑西藏地区特殊的生态环境及可利用的清洁能源种类,构建清洁能源供给方式综合评价指标体系。引入主观偏好系数,并采用线性加权的方法,将G1法与改进DEA模型相结合,形成评价指标综合权重。以效率指数的大小衡量能源供给方式对站区的适用程度。以那曲站区为实例进行分析,评价结果与实际情况具有良好的吻合性,验证了所设计的评价指标及方法的科学合理性。Aiming at the energy demand in the middle and small railway stations in Tibet,which is located in high-altitude remote mountainous areas,with fragile ecological environment and insufficient coverage of supporting facilities,a clean energy supply method evaluation method based on G1 method and improved data envelopment analysis(DEA)model was proposed.Taking into account the special ecological environment and available clean energy types in Tibet,a comprehensive evaluation index system for clean energy supply methods has been constructed.Introducing the subjective preference coefficient,and adopting the method of linear weighting,combine the G1 method with the improved DEA model was combined to form the comprehensive weight of the evaluation index.The efficiency index is used to measure the applicability of the energy supply method to the station area.Taking the Naqu station area as an example for analysis,the evaluation results are in good agreement with the actual situation,which verifies the scientific rationality of the designed evaluation indicators and methods.
