浅析现代居住小区中的私家电梯厅

摘　　要：让居住更美好,是城镇化的一个目标,是全社会的责任。人们在较低层次的居住需求得到满足之后会转而追求更高层次的需求。居住单元的条件改善后,人们势必会更加关注居住环境的社区氛围,精神层面的需求会不断增加,缺少邻里交往基础的、解决较低层次居住需求的"容器型高层住宅",一定会朝着能够满足邻里交往需求的"邻里型高层住宅"发展。文章以私家电梯厅为例,探讨在居住区开发建设过程中应该多注重交往的需求,在注重经济效益的同时也要注重社会效益,注重建筑细节的时候也多加注重人文细节。Making our homes better is a goal of urbanization and the responsibility of the whole society.After the lower level of housing needs are satisfied,people will turn to pursue the higher level of housing needs.After the conditions of residential units are improved,it is bound to pay more attention to the community atmosphere of the living environment,and the spiritual needs will continue to increase.For those lacking the foundation of neighborhood communication,the"container-type high-rise housing"which can solve the lower level of living needs will definitely develop into the"neighborhood high-rise housing"which can meet the needs of neighborhood communication.Taking private elevator hall as an example,this paper discusses that in the process of residential development and construction,we should pay attention to social benefits as well as economic benefits,and pay more attention to humanistic details while paying attention to architectural details.
