摘　　要：通过剖析高校仪器设备维修工作中存在的问题,结合实践给出解决实验室仪器设备维修过程中存在问题的解决策略,包括完善制度、激励人员、落实经费、建立运维机制、搭建信息化平台等。同时,在大型仪器设备维修和仪器设备全生命周期管理方面进行了思考。The problems in the maintenance management of laboratory instruments and equipment in universities and colleges are analyzed.The solutions based on the practice are put forward to solve the problems,including perfecting the system,staff motivation,implementation fund,the construction of the maintenance mechanism and the information platform.At the same time,the maintenance of large-scale instruments and equipment and the maintenance management in the whole life cycle management of laboratory instruments and equipment are considered.
