摘 要:Fe含量对于铝合金的熔炼成本、成形性能和使用性能具有重要影响,本文研究了Fe含量(质量分数)对AlMg1SiCu合金析出相、力学性能和腐蚀性能的影响,并探讨了Fe含量对性能的影响机制。结果表明,随着Fe含量由0.27%增加至1.44%,试样中的主要富铁相变化规律为:针状β-Al_(9)Fe_(2)Si_(2)→汉字状α-Al_(17)Fe_(3.2)Mn_(0.8)Si_(2)→短棒状Fe_(2)Al_(3)Si_(3)。Fe含量由0.27%增加到1.21%时,试样的平均晶粒尺寸由173μm减小到122μm,继续提高Fe含量则平均晶粒尺寸增大。在本文Fe含量范围内,试样的屈服强度基本不变,但抗拉强度和断后伸长率随着Fe含量的增加而显著增加,当Fe含量超过1.21%时略有下降,其原因与富铁相的变化规律有关。试样的腐蚀速率与试样中主要富铁相的种类和数量有关,试样的自腐蚀电位随着Fe含量的增加先增大后减小,腐蚀电流随着Fe含量的增加逐渐增大。综合考虑力学和腐蚀性能因素,AlMg1SiCu合金合适的Fe含量约为0.50%。Fe content has significant impact on the melting cost,formability,and serviceability of aluminum alloys.In this paper,the effect of Fe content on the precipitation phase,mechanical properties,and corrosion properties of AlMg1 SiCu alloy is studied,and the effect mechanism of Fe content on properties is discussed.Results show that with the increase of Fe content from 0.27%to 1.44%,the change pattern of main iron-rich phase in the sample was as follows:needle-likeβ-Al_(9)Fe_(2)Si_(2)→Chinese scriptα-Al_(17)Fe_(3.2)Mn_(0.8)Si_(2)→short rod-like Fe_(2)Al_(3)Si_(3).When the Fe content increased from 0.27%to 1.21%,the average grain size of the sample decreased from 173μm to 122μm,and it began to increase again with increasing Fe content.Within the range of the Fe content in this study,the yield strength of the sample basically remained unchanged,while the tensile strength and the elongation after fracture increased significantly with the increase of Fe content,and decreased slightly when Fe content was more than 1.21%,which was due to the change rule of iron-rich phase.The corrosion rate of the sample was related to the type and quantity of the main iron-rich phase.The corrosion potential of the sample increased first and then decreased with the increase of Fe content,while the corrosion current gradually increased with the increase of Fe content.Considering mechanical and corrosion properties,the appropriate Fe content of aluminum alloys is about 0.50%.
