摘 要:为探究甘油三酯(TG)含量对猪精液冷冻保存效果的影响,本实验测定公猪精浆TG含量,并采用常温(17℃)和超低温冷冻(-196℃)2种方式对精液进行保存,测定精液保存时间和精子质量指标。结果显示:精液TG含量与冷冻保存精液精子活率负相关(P<0.05),与冷冻保存精子活力、快速前进运动精子和慢速前进运动精子存在负相关趋势(0.05<P<0.1);精浆高TG(0.81 mmol/L)组的果糖、过氧化氢、总蛋白含量高于低TG(0.26 mmol/L)组(P<0.05),冷冻保存后高TG组精子活率低于低TG组(P<0.05),精子活率和活力下降比率高于低TG组(P<0.05)。可见,精浆中较高浓度的TG含量可能对猪精液冷冻保存存在不利影响。In order to explore the effect of triglyceride(TG)content on the effect of pig semen cryopreservation,boar semen with different triglyceride content was stored at 17℃and cryopreservation(-196℃).TG level,storage time and sperm index were determined.The results showed that semen TG content was significantly negatively correlated with cryopreserved sperm viability,and there was a negative correlation trend(0.05<P<0.1)with cryopreserved sperm motility,fast-moving sperm and slow-moving sperm.The content of fructose,H2O2 and total protein in the seminal plasma with high TG content group(0.81±0.18 mmol/L)was significantly higher(P<0.05)than that in the low TG group(0.26±0.03 mmol/L).After cryopreservation,the sperm viability of the high TG content group was significantly(P<0.05)lower than that of the low TG group,and the sperm viability and motility decline rate were also significantly higher(P<0.05)than the low TG group.The higher TG content in seminal plasma may have an adverse effect on the cryopreservation of pig semen.
