摘 要:本试验旨在研究混合日粮中不同物理有效中性洗涤纤维(peNDF)水平、非纤维性碳水化合物与中性洗涤纤维比值(NFC/NDF)对绵羊采食行为、瘤胃发酵和营养物质消化的影响,并初步探讨二者的互作效应。试验采用2×2交叉试验设计(日粮NFC/NDF水平为0.63、0.80,peNDF水平为49.85%、53.64%),选取20只体重(35±1.3)kg的绵羊羯羊,随机分成4组,每组5个重复,每个重复1只羊。预试期14d,正试期7d。结果表明:peNDF对绵羊的采食、反刍及总咀嚼时间有显著影响;日粮NFC/NDF对绵羊的采食、反刍及总咀嚼时间无显著影响;随着peNDF水平升高,瘤胃pH、氨态氮、乙酸浓度、乙丙比升高(P<0.05),丙酸和丁酸浓度降低(P<0.05);随着NFC/NDF水平升高,瘤胃pH、乙酸和丁酸浓度、乙丙比降低(P<0.05),丙酸含量升高(P<0.05);peNDF对绵羊干物质的表观消化率有显著影响,日粮NFC/NDF水平对绵羊的干物质、有机物、粗蛋白质、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率有显著影响;不同peNDF与NFC/NDF水平在绵羊咀嚼活动、瘤胃发酵和营养物质表观消化率的交互作用差异不显著。综上,在本次试验条件下,饲喂日粮peNDF为53.64%,NFC/NDF为0.63时,可促进绵羊的瘤胃发酵;日粮NFC/NDF为0.80、peNDF为49.85%时,可促进绵羊的营养物质消化能力。The aim of this study was conducted to feeding behavior,rumen fermentation and nutrient digestion with different peNDF and NFC/NDF combination dietary in sheep.The experiment adopted a 2×2 crossover experiment design(diet NFC/NDF levels were 0.63 and 0.80,peNDF levels were 49.85%and 53.64%).Twenty sheep were randomly allocated into four treatments with 5 replicates in each treatment.The pre-feeding period was 14 days,and the trial period was 7 days.The results showed as follows:peNDF had significant effect on intaking,ruminating and total chewing time of sheep(P<0.05),and dietary NFC/NDF had no significant effect on intaking,ruminating and total chewing time of sheep(P>0.05).The ruminal pH,concentration of ammonia nitrogen and acetic acid,acetic/propionic ratio were increased with peNDF level enhance(P<0.05),the concentration of propionic acid and butyric acid were decreased with peNDF level increased(P<0.05).The ruminal pH,concentration of ammonia nitrogen,acetic acid and butyric acid,and the acetic/propionic ratio were decreased with NFC/NDF level enhance(P<0.05),the propionic acid was increased with NFC/NDF level enhance(P<0.05).peNDF had a significant effcet on the apparent digestibility of DM in sheep(P<0.05),and dietary NFC/NDF levels had a significant effect on the apparent digestibility of DM,OM,NDF,and ADF in sheep(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the interaction between different peNDF and NFC/NDF levels on chewing activities,rumen fermentation and apparent digestibility of nutrients(P>0.05).To sum up,under the condition of this experiment,when feeding the second group of dietary peNDF was 53.64%and the NFC/NDF was 0.63,the rumen fermentation of sheep could be promoted,and when feeding the third group of dietary NFC/NDF was 0.80 and the peNDF was 49.85%,the digestion ability of nutrient in sheep could be promoted.
