摘  要:国企党建融入中心工作的质量是评价和改进国企党建效果的关键,也是党领导的中国特色现代企业治理体系的需求。针对这一交叉学科问题,调研了四家国企采取的措施、取得的进展和存在的局限性。从理论和实践层面分析制约融入质量的成因,认为党建和中心工作是不同属性的任务,促进国企党建融入中心工作的实质是推动组织变革,需要在从事党务工作的党员员工与从事中心工作的党员员工之间建立信任。在阐述信任理论适用性的基础上,依据信任的三阶段发展模型规划了融入路径,包括强化党组织认同、实施融入策略和评估融入状态,三条路径交叉对应的是基于威慑的信任、基于认知的信任和基于认同的信任,进而针对每一条融入路径阐述了具体融入策略。When the CPC construction in the state-owned enterprises is integrated into the central work,the evaluation and improvement of its effects should always be the key quality,which is also the demand from the modern enterprise governance system with Chinese characteristics under the CPC leadership.As for this interdisciplinary issue,this paper investigates the measures adopted by the state-owned enterprises,the progress,and limitations.The causes that constraint the quality of such integration are explored from the perspective of theory and practice.It is held that the CPC construction is different from the central work in terms of their attributes.To enhance the integration of CPC construction in the state-owned enterprises into the central work essentially rests on the promotion of organizational reform,which involves building the trust between the party members who work for the party affairs and those for the central work.While expounding the applicability of trust theory,this paper sets up the integration approaches by virtue of the three-stage model of trust,namely,strengthening the identification of party organization,implementing the integration strategies,and evaluating the integration states.These three approaches overlap and correspond to the trust based on deterrence,the trust based on cognition and the trust based on identification.Furthermore,some specific measures are illustrated for each integration approach.
