摘 要:针对舰载飞机拦阻网制动情况下,飞机结构损伤及拦阻网系统性能评估问题,采用基于碰撞损伤的非线性动力学有限元方法建立了包含舰载飞机弹性模型、柔性拦阻网带系统动力学模型和MK7-3阻尼器设备的一套完整的舰载飞机拦阻网着舰动力学模型。模拟了舰载飞机在特殊情况下,凭借拦阻网进行应急制动的动态工作过程,获得了舰载拦阻网设备在工作过程的拦阻力变化规律,完成了舰载拦阻网设备拦停性能验证以及舰载飞机机体结构破损安全性评估。通过数据对比分析表明,论文中仿真方法可有效用于评估舰载飞机拦阻网系统性能指标及预测飞机机体强度裕度。Aiming at the problem of evaluating the damage of the aircraft structure and the performance of the arresting net system, with the nonlinear FEM analysis method based on collision damage, a set of dynamics model of the carrier aircraft landing with the arresting net was established, which contained a flexible model of the carrier-based aircraft, a flexible model of the arresting net and the MK7-3 arresting system. This article simulated the dynamic working process of the carrier-based aircraft landing with the arresting net in an emergency. Meanwhile, it has obtained the change rule of the arresting net system when working, validated the performance of the arresting net system, and evaluated the security of the aircraft structure damage with the contact collision. The data comparison shows that the method is effective in evaluating the performance of the arresting net system and predicting the strength margin of the aircraft structure.
