摘 要:鉴于电力大件设备的运输会直接影响内陆特高压和百万机组电厂等重大项目的施工进度,论文分析了电力大件设备内河运输不同的装卸作业方式,并提出了电力大件设备内河码头的卸船工艺,指出了电力大件设备内河码头使用浮吊、履带吊、汽车吊、桅杆吊、滚卸、人工顶升滑移等卸船方式的适用情形。实际操作中,应根据项目的具体情形选择最优的内河码头卸船方式,在保证安全的前提下,保障电力大件设备运输的进度,从而逐步解决内陆特高压和百万机组电厂等重大项目中电力大件设备运输制约施工进度的问题。Because the transportation of large power equipment will directly affect the construction schedule of inland UHV and power plants with millions of units,this paper analyzes the different loading and unloading operation methods of the inland transportation of large electric equipment,and puts forward the ship unloading technology of the inland wharf of large electric equipment,and points out the suitable situation of the ship unloading methods such as floating crane,crawler crane,truck crane,mast crane,rolling unloading,artificial jacking and sliding,etc..In actual operation,the optimal unloading mode of river wharf should be selected according to the specific situation of the project.On the premise of ensuring safety,the transportation schedule of power bulky equipment is guaranteed,so as to gradually solve the problem that the transportation of power bulky equipment in inland UHV and power plants with millions of units restricts the construction schedule.
