摘　　要：随着我国城市化、工业化进程的加快,生产生活领域的污水排放量显著增加,污水处理厂承担着艰巨的污水处理任务,其建设施工管理尤为重要。在污水处理厂建设过程中,常常存在诸多的施工风险,工程企业应加强施工管理研究,保障设计和施工的紧密衔接,通过全过程、全方位的管理来推进工程总体目标的达成,并通过各种处理装置和工艺的应用,力求实现生活生产污水的净化与回用。论文重点探析了污水处理厂施工管理现状,并针对性地提出了相应的对策,以期为同类型项目的实施提供指导。With the acceleration of China’s urbanization and industrialization,the amount of sewage discharged from production and life has increased significantly.Sewage treatment plants are undertaking the arduous task of sewage treatment,and construction management is particularly important.In the process of construction of sewage treatment plants,there are often many construction risks.Engineering companies should strengthen construction management research,ensure the close connection between design and construction,and promote the achievement of the overall project goals through the entire process and all-round management,and through various,and through the application of various treatment devices and processes,strive to achieve the purification and reuse of domestic production sewage.This article focuses on analyzing the status quo of construction management of sewage treatment plants,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in order to provide guidance for the implementation of similar projects.
