摘　　要：分析目前公立医院预算管理流程存在的不足,根据企业流程再造理论,借助信息化手段建立院内管理数据库,优化预算管理流程,探索建立高效的公立医院预算管理流程体系。This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current public hospitals budget management process.According to the business process reengineering theory,with the help of information means,it is necessary to establish hospital management database,optimize the budget management process,and explore the establishment of an efficient public hospital budget management process system.
