摘　　要：汉魏之际的曹魏名臣杜畿出身于关中世家望族,其先祖是西汉廷尉、御史大夫杜周。杜畿以吏才见长,精通律法,任河东太守期间,平定叛乱,发展生产,治戎讲学,深得曹操信任。河东郡在其治理下物阜民丰,为曹操征讨关中提供了充足的物资保障。杜畿不仅善于理政,且能不避权贵,敢于抗争,后因亲身试船,不幸殒没,堪称古代恪尽职守之典范。Du Ji,a famous official during the Han and Wei dynasties,was born in a prominent family of Guanzhong.Du Ji’s ancestor was Du Zhou,the main judicial officer and senior imperial official in the Western Han dynasty.Du Ji was good at official ability,and he was a master of law.During his reign as Hedong chief of prefecture,he suppressed the rebellion,developed production and gave lectures on directing troops,winning Cao Cao’s trust.Under his administration,people were numerous and products were plentiful in Hedong county,which provided sufficient material support for Cao Cao’s campaign against Guanzhong.Du Ji was not only good at governance,but also didn’t avoid the influential officials,dared to fight.Unfortunately he died for testing the boat personally,which can be regarded as the ancient model of working scrupulously to fulfill duties.
