基于实时三维超声造影对于输卵管源性不孕症的诊断评价研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨实时三维子宫输卵管超声造影对于输卵管源性不孕症的诊断评价。方法:随机抽取在我院进行治疗的输卵管源性不孕症患者80名,按照统计学规则将抽取的样本分成对照组和研究组。对照组患者接受腹腔镜检查以及子宫输卵管碘油造影检查,研究组患者接受腹腔镜检查以及实时三维子宫输卵管超声造影检查,子宫输卵管碘油造影的结果接近金标准。将两组患者的检查结果与腹腔镜检查结果进行对比,观察两组患者的诊断敏感性、特异性以及准确性。结果:研究组患者诊断敏感性为97.44%(38/39)、特异性为200.00%(2/1)、准确性为97.50%(39/40),对照组患者诊断敏感性为97.37%(37/38)、特异性为150.00%(3/2)、准确性为95.00%(38/40);研究组患者检查结果的诊断敏感性、特异性以及准确性略高于对照组,与腹腔镜检查结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:实时三维子宫输卵管超声造影对于输卵管源性不孕症的诊断准确性高,同时具有无创、无辐射、痛苦小等优点,应用前景广阔,值得在临床上推广。Objective:To evaluate the value of real-time three-dimensional hysterosalpingography in the diagnosis of tubal infertility.Methods:80 patients with tubal infertility treated in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the statistical rules.The patients in the control group received laparoscopic examination and hysterosalpingography,while the patients in the study group received laparoscopic examination and real-time three-dimensional hysterosalpingography and hysterosalpingography The results of the two groups were compared with the results of laparoscopy,and the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the two groups were observed.Results:in the study group,the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were 97.44%(38/39),200.00%(2/1)and 97.50%(39/40),respectively;in the control group,the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were 97.37%(37/38),150.00%(3/2)and 95.00%(38/40),respectively;in the study group,the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the examination results were higher than those of the control group There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:To sum up,real-time three-dimensional hysterosalpingo contrast-enhanced ultrasound has high accuracy in the diagnosis of tubal infertility,and has the advantages of non-invasive,non radiation,less pain and so on.
