摘　　要：[目的/意义]将科研数据版权信息嵌入到元数据标准中,可准确、完整地将数据持有者的权利主张传递给终端用户,降低用户重用数据的侵权风险。[方法/过程]文章在调研权利元数据标准制定以及研究现状的基础上,提出包括数据资产、权利以及交易方三个核心实体在内的版权管理结构模型,设计与之对应的核心元素集,提出基于科研数据管理生命周期的版权元数据标准应用流程。[结果/结论]基于元数据标准制定过程中面临的关键问题提出相应的解决思路,包括科研数据概念分类、唯一标识符分配和词汇编码体系构建,为相关机构设计科研数据版权元数据标准提供参考。[Purpose/significance]Embedding copyright information of research data into metadata standard can accurately and completely transmit the rights claim of data holders to end users and reduce the infringement risk of users reusing data.[Method/process]On the basis of the current development and research status of right metadata standards,a copyright management structure model including data assets,rights and trading party is proposed,the set of core elements is designed and the application process of copyright metadata standard based on the life cycle of research data management is proposed.[Result/conclusion]The key problems and solutions in the development of metadata standards are proposed,including concept classification of research data,assignment of unique identifiers and construction of vocabulary coding system,so as to provide reference for relevant institutions to design metadata standards based on copyright management of research data.
