论党在民族村落文化保护中的领导作用

摘　　要：在市场环境下,民族村落文化保护面临严峻挑战。市场的短期性、逐利性、盲目性对民族村落文化保护的破坏导致民族村落文化的传承受到严重阻碍、物质文化过度商业化并失去原有样貌、非物质文化出现异化和消解、民族村落出现严重过疏化。中国共产党的政党性质决定了党的领导在民族村落文化保护中具有全局性、前瞻性和为民服务性,党是民族村落文化保护工作的领导核心。党在民族村落文化保护工作中的具体领导作用体现在可以为民族村落文化保护提供组织保障、制度保障、资源保障,党的领导具有强大的号召力和依法领导的特点。但也需注意,在民族村落文化保护工作中务必要处理好引导与强制、保护与创新、保护与开发三对关系。Under the market environment,the cultural protection of ethnic villages is facing severe challenges.The destruction of the short-term,profit-seeking and blindness of the market to the cultural protection of the ethnic villages leads to the serious obstruction of the inheritance of the ethnic village culture,the over commercialization of the material culture and the loss of the original appearance,the alienation and digestion of the non-material culture,and the serious over alienation of the ethnic villages.The party nature of the Communist Party of China determines that the party’s leadership has the overall,forward-looking and serving for the people in the cultural protection of ethnic villages,and the party is the leading core of the cultural protection of ethnic villages.The specific leading role of the party in the cultural protection of ethnic villages is embodied in the organizational guarantee,system guarantee and resource guarantee for the cultural protection of ethnic villages.The leadership of the party has strong appeal and the characteristics of leadership according to law.However,it should be noted that in the work of cultural protection of ethnic villages,it is necessary to deal with three pairs of relations:guidance and coercion,protection and innovation,protection and development.
