摘　　要：医联体通过信息的跨组织协同特征,有利于充分整合医疗资源。采用新兴古典经济学理论的超边际分析方法,解析医联体的网络形态和信息协同的演变趋势,并进行肺癌早筛医联体的具体案例研究。随着大数据及5G等技术的高速发展,建设信息平台的边际效益得到提高,助推了医联体的闭环健康管理流程。Medical alliance is conducive to the full integration of medical resources through the cross-organizational synergy of information.The inframarginal analysis of new classical economics theory is adopted to analyzes the network form and the evolution trend of information collaboration of medical alliance,and conduct a case study of early screening medical alliance for lung cancer.With the rapid development of big data,5 G and other technologies,the marginal benefits of building information platforms have been improved,and the closed-loop health management process of medical alliance has been promoted.
