摘 要:目的了解肺癌医联体信息化建设对于就医满意度的影响情况,并提出相关对策及建议。方法在肺癌医联体成员单位中随机抽取520名患者进行就医满意度问卷调查,采用多因素线性回归模型分析信息化建设对于就医满意度的影响情况。结果社区居民对于基于医联体信息平台所开展的服务满意度评价较高,其中社区高危人群筛查、社区预约胸科CT检查、开展社区肺癌术后随访指导3项服务对于医联体的就医满意度存在影响(P<0.05)。结论肺癌医联体信息化建设对于就医满意度的提升有一定影响,应加强面向社区的信息化应用,建立全面、动态、可持续的信息共享途径,从而提升医联体服务的可及性和就医满意度。Objective To understand the impact of the information construction of the lung cancer medical alliance on medical satisfaction,and to put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.Methods 520 patients were randomly selected from member units of the lung cancer medical alliance to conduct a questionnaire survey of medical satisfaction,and a multi-factor linear regression model was used to analyze the influence of information construction on medical satisfaction.Results Community residents have a high evaluation of service satisfaction based on the information platform of the medical alliance.Among them,screening for high-risk populations in the community,making an appointment for chest CT examination in the community,and carrying out community lung cancer postoperative follow-up guidance are three factors influencing the satisfaction of the medical alliance(P<0.05).Conclusion The information construction of the lung cancer medical alliance has a certain impact on the improvement of medical satisfaction.Community-oriented informatization applications should be strengthened,and comprehensive,dynamic and sustainable information sharing channels should be established to improve the accessibility and satisfaction of medical service.
