摘 要:目的了解我国健康医疗大数据支持分级诊疗的现状及问题,提出基于健康医疗大数据的分级诊疗实施路径。方法采用描述分析法对支持分级诊疗的健康医疗大数据进行分类研究,结合当前分级诊疗制度中健康医疗大数据应用现况,探索基于健康医疗大数据的分级诊疗实施路径。结果从管理体系建设、技术支撑保障、应用服务创新等方面提出了基于健康医疗大数据的分级诊疗实施路径。结论基于健康医疗大数据开展分级诊疗能优化现有服务模式,为有效促进分级诊疗制度落体提供支撑。Objective In order to understand the present situation and problems of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment supported by healthcare big data in China,to put forward the implementation path of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment based on healthcare big data.Methods Description analysis method was applied to make a classified study on big data,a healthy medical treatment which supports hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.Combined with the current application of health medical treatment big data in the current hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,the implementation path of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment based on healthcare big data was explored.Results The paper puts forward the implementation path of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment based on health medical treatment big data from the aspects of management system construction,technical support guarantee,application service innovation and so on.Conclusion The existing service model can be optimized based on the health medical big data,so as to provide support for the effective promotion of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.
