摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的提高,越来越多的人开始饲养犬、猫,因此对犬、猫饲料的需求量不断增加。饲料适口性是评价犬、猫饲料的一个重要指标,饲料良好的适口性是犬、猫获取营养的前提,犬、猫是否喜欢吃也是主人选择犬、猫饲料时所参考的重要依据之一。文章就犬、猫饲料适口性试验常用的方法及其影响因素进行综述,以期为犬、猫饲料产品的研发提供参考。With the improvement of living standards,more and more people begin to keep dogs or cats,and the demand for feed of dogs and cats is increasing.Feed palatability is an importanat index to evaluate cat and dog feeds.Good palatability of feed is the premise for dogs or cats to obtain nutrition.Whether dogs or cats like to eat is also one of the important bases for owners to choose feed.In this paper,the common methods of dogs and cats feed palatability test and its influencing factors were reviewed in order to provide reference for the development of dogs and cats feed products.
