摘  要:目的对仙牛腰骶痛颗粒质量标准中淫羊藿、牛膝、千年健薄层鉴别方法进行耐用性考察。方法考察不同温湿度、不同厂家薄层板、不同点样方式条件下薄层鉴别方法的耐用性。结果不同实验条件下,薄层鉴别方法各斑点的分离度均较好,在与对照品或对照药材相应位置上均显相同斑点或荧光斑点。结论淫羊藿、牛膝、千年健薄层鉴别方法的耐用性均较好,可作为仙牛腰骶痛颗粒质量控制方法。Objective Study on the Durability of TLC Identification Method of Epimedium sagittatum(Sieb.et Zucc.)Maxim、Achyranthes bidentata BL、Homalomena occulta(Lour.)in the Quality standard of Xianniu Yaoditong Keli.Methods Investigate the durability of TLC Identification Method under different temperature and humidity,different manufacturers’TLC boards,and different spotting methods.Results Under different experimental conditions,the separation of the spots of the TLC identification method is better,and the same spots or fluorescent spots are showed on the corresponding positions of reference substance or reference material.Conclusion The TLC identification methods of Epimedium sagittatum(Sieb.et Zucc.)Maxim、Achyranthes bidentata BL、Homalomena occulta(Lour.)have good durability and can be used as the quality control method of Xianniu Yaoditong Keli.
