摘  要:我国跨境电商以出口为主导贸易模式,约占80%;交易方式上以B2B为主,占比超八成。跨境电商的蓬勃发展,可以给商业银行带来业务合作与互补的机会,同时也会带来交易真实性风险、国际制裁风险和汇率风险等风险。为了更好地服务跨境电商,实现双赢,本文为商业银行提出三点建议:一是建议商业银行建立跨境电商综合服务方案;二是建议商业银行提高金融科技水平,丰富完善服务跨境电商的渠道和工具;三是建议商业银行做好风险防控。Export accounts for about 80%of China’s cross-border e-commerce transactions.B2B accounts for about 80%of the business models of China’s cross-border e-commerce.The development of cross-border e-commerce may bring business opportunities for for commercial banks,as well as risks of transaction authenticity,international sanctions and exchange rate risks.The paper puts forward three suggestions for commercial banks in order for it to better serve cross-border e-commerce industries and achieve a win-win situation.Firstly,it is suggested that commercial banks should establish a comprehensive service scheme for cross-border e-commerce;secondly,it is suggested that commercial banks should improve the level of financial technology and enrich the channels and tools for serving cross-border e-commerce;thirdly,it is suggested that commercial banks should manage the risk well.
