摘　　要：央行会计人才队伍建设是保证切实履行好央行会计职责的先决条件,本文从新形势下中央银行会计人才队伍建设的必要性及现行会计人才队伍存在的问题入手,对央行会计人才队伍建设给出合理化建议。The construction of the accounting talent team of the central bank is the prerequisite to ensure the fulfillment of the accounting responsibilities of the central bank.This paper starts with the necessity of the construction of the accounting talent team of the central bank under the new situation and the problems existing in the current accounting talent team,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the construction of the accounting talent team of the central bank.
