摘 要:综述白色发光二极管的发光机理、发展历程,石榴石结构,Eu^(3+)单独掺杂、Eu^(3+)与其他稀土离子共同掺杂、Eu^(3+)与其他金属离子共同掺杂对石榴石型钒酸盐发光性能的影响等研究进展。提出白色发光二极管中红色荧光粉存在发光强度不足、稳定性低、寿命短等缺点,认为采用Eu^(3+)单独掺杂或者共同掺杂的方法能增强白色发光二极管中红色荧光粉的发光能力,对继续提高白色发光二极管中红色荧光粉的发光性能进行展望。The luminescence mechanism,development history,garnet structure of white light-emitting diodes,as well as the research progress of garnet vanadate luminescence performance by Eu^(3+)single doping,Eu^(3+)co-doping with other rare earth ions,and Eu^(3+)co-doping with other metal ions were reviewed.The shortcomings of insufficient luminous intensity,low stability,and short life of the red phosphor in the current white light-emitting diodes are put forward.It is considered that adopting Eu^(3+)single doping or co-doping method can enhance the luminous ability of the red phosphor in the white light-emitting diode.It is also looked forward to how to continue to improve the luminous performance of the red phosphor in the white light-emitting diode.
