摘  要:在胚胎培养液中添加适量的发情绵羊血清(ESS)有利于提高胞浆内单精子注射(ICSI)胚胎后期的发育潜力。为了探讨在ICSI胚胎培养液中添加不同浓度的ESS对绵羊ICSI胚胎桑椹胚率的影响及其最优的ESS浓度,本试验采用ICSI技术得到ICSI胚胎,然后在ICSI胚胎培养液中添加不同浓度的ESS(A组0%、B组5%、C组10%、D组15%及E组20%),进行ICSI胚胎的体外培养。结果表明:在ICSI胚胎培养液中添加10%的ESS,ICSI胚胎的桑椹胚率为23.78%,显著高于A组(11.47%)、B组(17.87%)、D组(16.77%)、E组(12.86%)(P<0.05)。说明在ICSI胚胎培养液中添加10%ESS能显著提升绵羊ICSI胚胎的桑椹胚率。Adding appropriate amount of estrus sheep serum(ESS)to the embryo culture medium can improve the development potential of intracytoplasm sperm injection(ICSI)embryos.In order to explore the effect of different concentrations of ESS on morula rate of sheep ICSI embryos and the optimal concentration of ESS,ICSI embryos were obtained by ICSI technology,and then ICSI embryos were cultured in vitro with different concentrations of ESS(group A 0%,group B 5%,group C 10%,group D 15%and Group E 20%).The results showed that the morula rate of ICSI embryos was 23.78%when the concentration of 10%ESS was added to ICSI embryo culture medium,which was significantly higher than that of group A(11.47%),group B(17.87%),group D(16.77%)and group E(12.86%)(P<0.05).The results showed that adding the concentration of 10%ESS to ICSI embryo culture medium could significantly increase the morula rate of sheep ICSI embryos.
