摘  要:目的探讨对小儿腺病毒肺炎患儿施行干扰素雾化治疗的效果及安全性。方法随机将2018年4月至2020年4月我院68例小儿腺病毒肺炎患儿分为对照组和观察组,每组各34例。对照组施行利巴韦林治疗,观察组施行干扰素雾化治疗。对比两组总有效率、症状(咳嗽、发热、咳痰、肺部啰音)消失时间、血气分析指标[氧分压(PaO_(2))、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)]、炎症因子[降钙素原(PCT)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平及不良反应总发生率。结果观察组总有效率为94.12%,明显高于对照组的76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽、发热、咳痰及肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组PaO_(2)较对照组更高,且PaCO2较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组PCT、TNF-α及CRP水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对小儿腺病毒肺炎患儿施行干扰素雾化治疗的效果更佳,可有效减轻炎症反应,改善症状及血气分析指标,安全性较好。Objective To investigate the effect and safety of interferon atomization therapy for children with adenovirus pneumonia.Methods A total of 68 children with adenovirus pneumonia in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ribavirin,the observation group was treated with interferon atomization.The total effective rate,disappearance time of symptoms(cough,fever,expectoration and pulmonary rales),blood gas analysis indexes[partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))and partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)],inflammatory factors[procalcitonin(PCT),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)]and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 94.12%in the observation group,which was higher than that of 76.47%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,fever,expectoration and pulmonary rales were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,PaO_(2) was higher in the observation group than that in the control group,and PaCO2 was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of PCT,TNF and CRP were lower in the observation group than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Interferon atomization therapy is more effective for children with adenovirus pneumonia,which can effectively reduce inflammatory reaction,and improve symptoms and blood gas analysis indexes,with higher safety.
