摘 要:目的探讨二维码健康宣教对住院患者行冠脉成像扫描配合的效果。方法采用便利抽样法选取2019年7—12月我院需要进行冠脉成像的住院患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例,对照组使用常规健康宣教,观察组使用二维码健康宣教。比较两组患者的配合度情况及不良反应情况。结果观察组配合度为98.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率为4.00%,明显低于对照组的18.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在住院患者行冠脉成像扫描中,采用二维码宣教的形式开展健康教育,能够有效提高患者的配合度,同时减少不良反应,效果更为理想。Objective To investigate the effect of health education based on two-dimensional code on cooperation of inpatients with coronary artery imaging.Methods A total of 100 inpatients who need coronary artery imaging in our hospital from July to December 2019 were selected by convenient sampling method.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional health education and the observation group received health education based on two-dimensional code.The cooperation degree and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The cooperation degree was 98.00%in the observation group,which was higher than that of 80.00%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was 4.00%in the observation group,which was lower than that of 18.00%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For inpatients scheduled for the coronary artery imaging,health education in the form of two-dimensional code can effectively improve the cooperation degree and reduce adverse reactions of patients,with a better effect.
