摘  要:采用SBR反应器经过5个阶段约90天的培养,驯化出以亚硝酸盐为电子受体的亚硝酸盐型反硝化聚糖菌(denitrifying glycogen accumulating organisms,DGAOs),其最大耐受NO_(2)^(-)-N浓度约为25mg/L.驯化的亚硝酸盐型DGAOs是具有反硝化能力的一种聚糖菌(glycogen accumulating organisms,GAOs),但长期保持厌氧/缺氧环境会使其失去聚糖和反硝化能力.在进水C/N比为6的条件下,厌氧阶段COD的去除率达94.9%,缺氧阶段NO_(2)^(-)-N的去除率达到93.3%.亚硝酸盐型DGAOs在厌氧阶段快速吸收COD并储存聚-β-羟丁酸(poly-β-hydroxy butyrate,PHB),每消耗1 mg/L的COD合成PHB量为0.2 mg/(g·MLSS);在缺氧阶段降解PHB并合成糖原,每消耗1 mg/(g·MLSS)的PHB合成糖原量为0.7 mg/(g·MLSS).The nitrite type denitrifying glycogen accumulating organisms(DGAOs) with nitrite as electron acceptor were acclimated in SBR reactor after five stages of 90 days′cultivation. The maximum tolerated concentration of NO-_(2)^(-)N was about 25 mg/L. The acclimated nitrite type DGAOs were a kind of glycogen accumulating organisms(GAOs) that could proceed endogenous denitrification reaction. In the long-term anaerobic/anoxic environment, the organisms could lose the ability of glycogen accumulating and denitrifying. Under the condition of influent C/N ratio of 6, COD removal efficiency was 94.9% in the anaerobic stage and NO-_(2)^(-)N removal efficiency was 93.3% in the anoxic stage. The nitrite type DGAOs could absorb COD and store poly-β-hydroxybutyric acid(PHB) in the anaerobic stage, 0.2 mg/(g.MLSS) PHB was synthesized when 1 mg/L COD was consumed. PHB was degraded and glycogen was synthesized in the anoxic stage, about 0.7 mg/(g.MLSS) glycogen was synthesized when 1 mg/(g.MLSS)PHB was degraded.
