摘　　要：目的观察缝匠肌蒂髂骨瓣修复青壮年陈旧性股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法对10例青壮年陈旧性股骨颈骨折患者行缝匠肌蒂髂骨瓣移植联合股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗。记录骨折愈合情况及末次随访时髋关节功能恢复情况。结果患者均获得随访,时间1~7年。1例术后3个月因骨折端无骨痂形成及发生股骨头缺血性坏死,接受髋关节置换;9例骨折均愈合,肢体功能改善明显。末次随访时,患者髋关节功能均恢复良好。结论缝匠肌蒂髂骨瓣是修复青壮年陈旧性股骨颈骨折的有效方法,临床疗效肯定。Objective To observe the effect of iliac bone flap pedicled with sartorius on repairing old femoral neck fracture in young adults.Methods Ten patients with old femoral neck fractures in young adults were received iliac bone flap pedicled with sartorius grafting combined with proximal femoral locking plate internal fixation.The fracture healing situation and hip function recovery of the last follow-up were recorded.Results All patients were followed up for 1~7 years.Except for one patient who underwent hip replacement due to no callus formation at the fracture end and avascular necrosis of the femoral head at 3 months after surgery;the fractures of the other 9 cases all healed and the limb function were improved significantly.At the last follow-up,the patient′s hip function were recovered well.Conclusions The iliac bone flap pedicled with sartorius muscle is an effective method to repair old femoral neck fracture in young patients,and the effect is definite.
