摘　　要：目的探讨髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折的疗效。方法采用髌骨爪内固定治疗60例髌骨骨折患者。比较手术前后Bostman评分、膝关节活动度。结果患者均获得随访,时间6~18个月。骨折愈合时间6~16周。无感染、髌骨爪松动或断裂、骨折移位、创伤性关节炎等并发症发生。Bostman评分及优良率、膝关节活动度术后6个月与术前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折手术操作简便,固定牢靠,患者可早期功能锻炼。Objective To investigate the effect of patellar claw for the treatment of patellar fracture.Methods The 60 patients of patellar fractures were treated by patellar claw internal fixation.Bostman score and knee range of motion at the pre-and post-operation were compared.Results All patients were followed up for 6~18 months.Fractures healing time was 6~16 weeks.No complications such as infection,patellar paw loosening or fracture,fracture displacement and traumatic arthritis occurred.There were statistically significant differences in Bostman score and its excellent-good rate,knee range of motion between postoperative 6 months and the preoperation(P<0.05).Conclusions Patellar claw is a simple and reliable method for the treatment of patellar fracture,which help the patient to do early exercise.
