摘 要:以成都天府国际机场国航基地工程(机务维修一期)101号维修机库大跨度预应力网架焊接施工为例,研究大跨度网架焊接分区与焊接顺序。针对预应力网架跨度长、焊接杆件数量多、网架整体面积大、焊接节点复杂等难点,提出网架小拼→中拼→大拼的拼装原则,制订单杆双焊、双杆单焊的施工方案,先焊接下弦杆,再焊接上弦杆,最后焊接腹杆。该方案的实施可有效防止焊接应力集中,减小网架焊接应力产生的变形。Taking the large-span prestressed grid welding construction of the No. 101 maintenance hangar of Chengdu Tianfu International Airport(Maintenance Phase I) as an example to study the welding zoning and welding sequence construction technology of the large-span grid. Aiming at the difficulties of long span of prestressed grid, large number of welded rods, large overall area of the grid, and complicated welding nodes, the assembly principle of small assembly → medium assembly → large assembly is proposed. The construction plan of order pole double welding is made, including double pole single welding, welding the lower chord first, then the upper chord, and finally the web. The implementation of this scheme can effectively prevent the welding stress concentration and reduce the deformation caused by the welding stress of the grid.
