摘 要:为探究白花泡桐幼苗在不同程度干旱、盐及盐旱交叉胁迫下的生长发育及适应机制,以白花泡桐幼苗为试验材料,设置不同盐胁迫浓度及干旱程度,研究白花泡桐幼苗株高、生物量、叶片光合色素含量、膜脂过氧化物、渗透调节物质以及抗氧化酶的响应变化。结果表明:(1)与对照(CK)相比,在盐、旱及其盐旱交叉胁迫下,白花泡桐幼苗的生物量、株高、光合色素含量均呈下降的趋势,而丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)含量呈上升趋势。(2)在盐胁迫、盐旱交叉胁迫下,随着胁迫程度的加重,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性呈先上升后下降的趋势,在受到干旱胁迫时,SOD、POD活性增加,CAT活性下降。(3)在盐胁迫下,随着盐含量的升高,白花泡桐幼苗可溶性蛋白(SP)含量呈下降的趋势,在干旱、盐旱交叉胁迫下,可溶性蛋白含量呈上升趋势。可得出结论,盐旱双重胁迫对白花泡桐幼苗生理特性的影响并不是单一胁迫的简单叠加,而是表现出交叉适应性,盐旱双重胁迫在一定程度能够缓解盐胁迫对白花泡桐幼苗生长的影响。To investigate the growth,development and adaptation mechanism of Paulownia fortunei seedlings under different levels of drought,salt and salt-drought intercross stress,P.fortunei seedlings were subjected to different salt stress concentrations and drought levels to investigate the changes in plant height,biomass,leaf photosynthetic pigment content,membrane lipid peroxidation,osmoregulatory substances and antioxidant enzymes.The results showed that:(1)Compared with control(CK),the biomass,plant height and leaf photosynthetic pigment content of P.fortunei seedlings showed a decreasing trend,while the malonaldehyde(MDA)and proline(Pro)contents showed an increasing trend under salt,drought and their salt-drought intercross stress.(2)Under salt stress and salt-drought intercross stress,the activities of Superoxide dismutase(SOD),Peroxidase(POD)and Catalase(CAT)showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing with the increase of stress level,and the activities of SOD and POD increased and CAT decreased when subjected to drought stress.(3)Under salt stress,the soluble protein(SP)content of P.fortunei seedlings showed a decreasing trend with the increase of salt content,and the soluble protein(SP)content showed an increasing trend under drought and salt-drought intercross stress.The results indicated that the effects of salt and drought inter-cross stress on the physiological characteristics of P.fortunei seedlings were not simply superposed on a single stress,but showed inter-cross adaptation.To a certain extent,the salt-drought inter-cross stress could alleviate the effects of salt stress on the growth of P.fortunei seedlings.
