摘  要:采用爆炸焊接法获得TA1-Q345复合板,兼具TA1钛合金钢的高耐蚀性和Q345钢的高强度。对复合板界面显微组织观察发现结合界面以往复循环波纹结合,界面两侧金属不同程度塑性变形,界面波纹状端部存在熔化区。对界面EDS面扫描显示界面两侧金属元素相互扩散。结果表明:界面处显微硬度最高,沿两边母材方向硬度逐渐减小,直到和母材硬度相同。复合板纵向剪切强度为334 MPa,横向剪切强度为298 MPa,均高于理论下限(196 MPa)。The paper used explosive welding to obtain TA1-Q345 composite plate,which has both the high corrosion resistance of TA1 titanium alloy steel and the high strength of Q345 steel. Observation of the microstructure of the interface of the composite plate indicates that the metal on both sides of the interface undergoes different degrees of plastic deformation due to the reciprocating cyclical wavy bonding of the interface,and there is a melting zone at the corrugated end of the interface. The EDS mapping of the interface shows that there is mutual diffusion of metal elements on both sides of the interface. The results show that the microhardness at the interface shows the highest value and then gradually decreases to the value same as that of the base material along the direction perpendicular to the interface. The longitudinal shear strength of TA1-Q345 composite plate is 334 MPa and the transverse shear strength is 298 MPa,both of them are higher than the theoretical lower limit of shear strength(196 MPa).
