摘　　要：万全,明代著名医家,一生著述颇丰。《幼科发挥》是其晚年为“发明《育婴家秘》之遗意”所作,也是对万氏儿科以及万全毕生学术思想的重新梳理,是中医儿科典籍中集大成之作。全书以五脏主病为纲,在承袭了钱乙五脏辨证学说的基础上,融入万氏的五脏有余不足论、重视脾胃、分期辨治以及有其独到见解的变蒸学说等学术思想和特点,医论详实,方药精当,对中医儿科临床具有重要的指导意义。Wan Quan,a well-known doctor in the Ming dynasty,creates a great number of works in his life.Youke Fahui is written in his later years for the purpose of“expanding the legacy of Family’s Secrets of Infants Rearing”.As the book is a review and summary of Wan family’s experience in pediatrics and Wan Quan’s lifelong academic thoughts,it is regarded as a masterpiece of the pediatric works of traditional Chinese medicine.Taking the diagnostic significance of the five zang viscera as the leading principle,and inheriting Qian Yi’s theory of syndrome differentiation of the five zang viscera,the book integrates Wan’s academic thoughts and academic characteristics,such as the theory of excess and deficiency of the five zang viscera,emphasizing the spleen and stomach,differentiation and treatment of diseases by stages,and the unique theory of changing and steaming.The detailed medical theory and precise prescriptions and medicines in the book have its important guiding significance for the clinical pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine.
