从张锡纯肝虚证论治脾胃病经验

摘　　要：张锡纯所著《医学衷中参西录》中,提出肝虚证型,倡导补肝之法。笔者研究张氏其法,试从肝脏病理生理等方面分析,总结肝虚证脾胃病的辨证治法方药,并将温肝、补肝之法运用临床,列举医案2则,以资后学评鉴。Records of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Combination is written by Zhang Xichun,in which he boldly puts forward the theory of the syndrome of liver deficiency and advocates the method of tonifying the liver.The author of this paper repeatedly speculates on and studies Zhang’s method,trying to analyze the pathophysiology of the liver and other aspects,summarizing the syndrome differentiation,treatment methods,prescriptions and medications of the spleen and stomach diseases with the liver deficiency syndrome.The paper elaborates the methods of warming the liver and tonifying the liver,and applies them in clinical practices.In addition,two relevant medical cases are provided in this paper for future academic evaluation.
