摘　　要：目的总结益气养阴、活血祛风治疗原发性干燥综合征的临床疗效。方法收集2015年1月-2020年1月邯郸市中医院风湿科门诊、国医堂门诊及病房就诊并确诊的干燥综合征病例120例,将符合纳入标准的患者随机分为A组(西药组)、B组(中药组)、C组(中西医结合组),每组40例,A组予以茴三硫、艾拉莫德治疗,B组予以益气养阴、活血祛风中药汤剂治疗,C组给予艾拉莫德、中药汤剂治疗,治疗12周后对比3组的中医症状积分、临床疗效、外分泌腺功能以及实验室指标。结果C组治疗后的中医症状积分低于A组与B组,P<0.05;C组的总有效率(97.50%)高于A组与B组(85.00%),P<0.05;C组治疗后的泪液流率与唾液流率均大于A组与B组,P<0.05;C组治疗后的血沉、类风湿因子、免疫球蛋白G水平均优于A组与B组,P<0.05。结论益气养阴、活血祛风治疗原发性干燥综合征的效果确切,可明显改善患者的临床症状与实验室指标,提高外分泌腺功能,且总有效率高。Objective To summarize the clinical effect of the benefiting qi and nourishing yin,promoting blood circulation and dispelling wind therapy in the treatment of the primary Sjogren5s syndrome.Methods A total of 120 patients with the Sjogren's syndrome who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2020 and met the inclusion criteria were collected and randomly divided into Group A(the western medicine group),Group B(the traditional Chinese medicine group)and Group C(the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group),with 40 cases in each group.Group A was treated with anisidine and eramod,and Group B was treated with TCM decoction for benefiting qi and nourishing yin,promoting blood circulation and dispelling wind,while Group C was treated with eramod and TCM decoction.After 12 weeks of treatment,the TCM symptom score,clinical efficacy,exocrine gland function and laboratory indexes of the three groups were compared.Results The TCM symptom score of Group C after treatment was lower than those of Group A and Group B(P<0.05).The total efiective rate of Group C(97.50%)was higher than those of Group A and B(85.00%)(P<0.05).The tear flow rate and salivary flow rate in Group C after treatment were higher than those in Group A and Group B(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of the erythrocyte sedimentation rate,rheumatoid factor and immunoglobulin G in Group C were better than those in Group A and Group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapy of benefiting qi and nourishing yin,promoting blood circulation and dispelling wind is effective in the treatment of the primary Sjogren's syndrome,which can significantly improve the patients9 clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators,improve the exocrine gland function,achieving a higher total effective rate.
