摘  要:目的优化醒脑提神香薰产品的制备工艺,建立醒脑提神香薰的质量控制标准。方法挥发油提取按照正交试验设计超临界萃取试验;对处方里的代表性药材陈皮、辛夷进行定性鉴别分析。结果确定香薰产品萃取工艺:萃取压力、萃取温度和萃取时间分别为30 Mpa、60℃和2 h;代表性药材通过薄层色谱建立了特异性强、重复性好、阴性无干扰的鉴别方法。结论经验证醒脑提神香薰产品的制备工艺稳定、可靠,适合生产。用薄层色谱法对陈皮和辛夷进行鉴别,特异性强、重现性好、阴性无干扰。Objective To optimize the preparation process and establish its quality control standards of refreshing aromatherapy products.Methods The essential oil was extracted by supercritical fluid extraction in accordance with the orthogonal test design.Qualitative identification and analysis were carried out on the representative medicinal materials of dried tangerine peel and biond magnolia flower-bud in the prescription.Results The supercritical fluid extraction process was determined as follows:the extraction pressure,temperature and time were 30MPa 60℃ and 2H respectively.A method for the identification of representative medicinal materials was established by thin-layer chromatography(TLC)with strong specificity,good repeatability and no negative interference.Conclusion It is verified that the preparation process of the refreshing aromatherapy products is stable,reliable and suitable for production.The identification of dried tangerine peel and biond magnolia flower-bud by TLC is characterized as strong specificity,good reproducibility,and no negative interference.
