摘　　要：目的观察运用贺氏管针疗法联合腰背肌康复训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法将70例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为治疗组35例和对照组35例,2组患者均给予腰背肌康复训练作为基础治疗,治疗组患者在基础治疗上增加贺氏管针疗法,每周针刺3次。对照组在基础治疗上增加布洛芬缓释胶囊对症止痛,一共治疗4周。对治疗前后的腰腿痛评分(JOA)和Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分进行统计学分析。观察2种不同方法对腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果。结果2组治疗后JOA评分和ODI评分均有显著改善(P<0.01或P<0.05),且治疗组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用贺氏管针疗法联合腰背肌康复训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效肯定,值得进一步研究。Objective To observe the effect of He’s tube needle therapy combined with the rehabilitation training of lumbar dorsal muscles in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 70 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into a treatment group of 35 cases and a control group of 35 cases. Both groups were given the rehabilitation training of lumbar dorsal muscles as the basic treatment. The treatment group was added He’s tube needle therapy, 3 times a week, while the control group was added ibuprofen sustained-release capsules to the basic treatment for symptomatic pain relief. The treatment lasted for a total of 4 weeks. The low back and leg pain score(JOA) and Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI) score before and after treatment were statistically analyzed,and the therapeutic effect of the two different methods was observed. Results After treatment, the JOA score and ODI score of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.01 or P<0.05), and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of He’s tube needle therapy combined with the rehabilitation training of lumbar dorsal muscles has a positive effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, and it is worthy of further study.
