摘　　要：小儿遗尿症是儿科常见疾病,《中医儿科临床诊疗指南·遗尿症》指出遗尿以虚证居多,根据遗尿特点主要分为4种类型:下元虚寒型、肺脾气虚型、脾肾两虚型、心肾不交型,并分型治疗。此外,针刺、艾灸、推拿、穴位贴敷疗法也可用来治疗遗尿。西医主要包括基础疗法、报警器疗法、药物疗法治疗。但是一些患儿应用常见的治疗方法或效果不好,或停药后即复发。所以为了开拓思路,更好地继承发扬经方,将文献中应用经方治疗遗尿症的经验进行总结。Infantile enuresis is a common disease in pediatrics.According to Guidelines for TCM Pediatrics Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment·Enuresis,enuresis is mainly of deficiency syndrome,which can be classified into four types according to its features:kidney qi deficiency and coldness,lung-spleen qi deficiency,spleen and kidney deficiency and heart-kidney imbalance,and is treated according to the classifications.In addition,acupuncture,moxibustion,massage,acupoint application therapy can also be used to treat the disease.Western medicine in this respect mainly includes basic therapy,alarm therapy and drug therapy.However,some children,who are treated with common methods,are either not improved,or relapse after drug withdrawal.Therefore,this paper summarizes the experience of applying the classical prescriptions in the treatment of enuresis in the literature so as to explore new ideas and better inherit and develop the classical prescriptions.
