面部轮廓整形美容受术者人格特征与护理满意度的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:调查面部轮廓整形美容受术者住院期间护理满意度、人格特征,分析二者相关性。方法:采用一般资料问卷、简化版大五人格问卷和住院病人护理满意度量表对北京某三级甲等整形专科医院行面部轮廓整形美容手术的431例受术者进行调查,并进行Pearson相关分析。结果:面部轮廓整形美容受术者宜人性人格总分为(33.96±4.51)分,责任性人格总分为(30.67±5.17)分,开放性人格总分为(30.58±3.08)分,外倾性人格总分为(27.74±4.59)分,神经质人格总分(22.97±4.61)分;受术者住院期间总体护理满意度为87.2%,满意度最低的是环境设施维度;受术者神经质水平与满意度总分及各维度评分呈负相关;宜人性水平与满意度总分及各维度评分呈正相关;外倾性与满意度总分及除环境设施以外的各维度评分呈正相关。结论:面部轮廓整形美容受术者人格特征与护理满意度相关,加强对环境设施的管理及个性化护理干预,有助于提高护理满意度。Objective:To investigate the nursing satisfaction and personality characteristics of patients undergoing Facial Contouring Surgery during hospitalization and to analyze the correlation between the both.Methods:The general information questionnaire,the Chinese Big Five Personality Inventory-brief version(CBF-PI-B),and the inpatient nursing satisfaction scale were used to investigate431 patients who underwent facial contouring surgery in a tertiary grade A plastic surgery hospital in Beijing.The Pearson correlation analysis was performed.Results:The total scores of the patients who underwent facial contouring surgery were 33.96±4.51 in Agreeableness,30.67±5.17 in responsibility,30.58±3.08 in Openness to Experience,27.74±4.59 in Extraversion,and 22.97±4.61 in Neuroticism.The patient’s overall nursing satisfaction during hospitalization was 87.2%.And the lowest satisfaction was the environmental facility dimension.The neurotic level of the patient was negatively correlated with the total score and scores of all dimensions of satisfaction.The level of Agreeableness was positively correlated with the total score of satisfaction and scores of all dimension.Extraversion was positively correlated with the total score of satisfaction and scores of other dimension expect environmental facilities.Conclusions:Personality of patients undergoing facial contouring surgery were related to nursing satisfaction.Strengthening the management of environmental facilities and personalized nursing intervention could help improve nursing satisfaction.
